Shipping timelines within the United States are as follows:
• Standard Shipping: Delivery usually occurs within 3-5 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Select this option at checkout for faster delivery, typically arriving in 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Offer
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details and destination.
Orders shipped within the United States that exceed $60 qualify for free standard shipping—no coupons or codes required.
International Shipping
Frost Buddy also ships internationally. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Handling Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately to resolve the issue. We ask that you take a photo of the damage and submit it through our contact page.
We will work with you promptly to provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered early.
